This was sampled on tap at Christie's pub in Victoria. A faint nose of spicy hops, caramel and pale malts almost sprang from the glass. And yes the taste was almost the same. With the sip you get the added benefit of dry, floral hops.

The dry floral ending has a slightly spicy edge to it.

It was nice but OK. Perhaps it takes a lot of get me to repurchase a beer.

It was the night of the staff party. The best way to have some fun is to let the poor students handle the drink tickets.
