Taste +5

For the regular followers of my blog, you know that I love a good porter. This one is the best one to date. It is gloriously toasted with a slight acidic smell similar to coke. Caramel was also present in the aroma. There was low carbonation and the pour gave a dark brown with ruby edges. The taste was very simple; light alcohol warmth with acidic/roasted malts, weak coffee and toast. Your mouthfeel was both acidic and creamy.

Aftertaste +1

The ending was very dry, slightly astringent and acidic.
