Another beer from my LCBO buying spree. At the nose there was more than expected sulfur, but it worked. Added to the aroma mix was yeast, bready malts, roast and grass. There was quite a bit going on in the smell department. A very sweet greeting hit the tongue followed by a very unexpected floral and herbal hop kick. More of an English style IPA bitterness. It was nice and worth the space in the suitcase home.
